Rosewater festival is one of the events that is held every year in fourteen provinces of Iran from May to late May, depending on the weather conditions. The beginning of the rosewater from the city of Meymand city begins in early May.    After Meymand, the tradition of rosewater is held in the cities of Darab, Fars, and parts of Kashan such as Qamsar and Niasar. Flower Festival and rosewater of Qamsar are more famous than any other city. The planting of Mohammadi flowers in Kashan is 7,000 years old and its festival is one thousand years old. Although Qamsar is known as the best-loved city for rosewater,  the original rosewater is in the villages of Van, Sara and Sede of Kashan. The flower of Mohammadi is flourishing later in these scopes due to the cooler weather and the rosewater of these areas is more concentrated.
